Return & Refund Policy

If your product is unopened it can be returned within 14 days of purchase. You must receive an RTV form from us, to return your product please fill out the Return slip. We will contact you within 24 hours with your return confirmation number. This number shall be placed on your return slip and placed in the return packaging with your unopened product. Surgery Vital must receive the unopened merchandise by the 14^th day. If returns are made after this time, no refund will be given, your merchandise will NOT be shipped back. Merchandise will be discarded.

Surgery Vital will provide a refund in the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the merchandise has been accepted and approved by our return department. You have 14 days after purchase to return unopened merchandise, the seals cannot be broken and there should be no evidence

Due to the nature of the product and wanting the best for our customers. Any OPEN merchandise cannot be returned (this includes the safety seals being broken) and will be discarded if sent back.
